Ok...I see what you mean now. I downloaded the theme and the bars are flat.
This is due to the theme being designed for a different version of windows. It looks like the WM5 gradient was removed and a solid color was chosen.
Search for RC Mod 2.1 in the software forum. This might help you out. Also, I have attached a dark blue theme you might like!
