For anyone wanting to be able to sync Outlook contacts and calendar info there is a 3rd party app called PocketMirror available at

This is a beta version but I have tried it and the sync seems to work good so far. It syncs between your pc and pre through your local wi-fi network so you don't need any cables and it doesn't send info through the internet.
