I can not find it for the life of me, couldn't find it anywhere else within the start menu either. So I just pretended I had to go and will call back.

1. Are you on MR5?
2. Did you hard reset after flashing?
3. Assuming the answers to 1 and 2 are yes, then dial ##778# from your phone. This will bring you to the EPST screen. Choose view. If things are filled out here, that is much of what would get updated via Update Profile
(Or at least that's my understanding)
If your EPST screen items are mostly blank, hard reset.
