MR5 uses Titanium, which is the Windows Mobile 6.5 interface. I dont' believe there's any TF3D or TF3D2. I prefer SPB Mobile 3 over all of them and it seems to work well with any of the ROMS I burn.

I dont' know on this, it's why I don't use Titanium, it requires a heavy amount of customization that is only doable with 3rd party tools or registry editing.

There are no "tabs", because there's no TF3D. I would guess you could try and install TF3D. But if you REALLY want TF3D I recommend Mighty ROM 4. I would not recommend any Rhodium (TF3D2) ROMS, they have too many bugs that make the interface unusable.
