That's not actually Alltel's site. If you read the fine print it say's that their online transactions are handled by LETS TALK WIRELESS. So when you hit that ShopAlltel.com site you're connecting to LTW's "Alltel" sales page. Yes, they're the "official" web company that Alltel let's handle their transactions, but it even say's they're fully seperate. Since LTW is a reseller of numerous services... I'd expect them to do that occasionally. They're not the brightest bulbs in the pack.
Alltel's actual site does say it has GPS (utilizing Alltel Nav). It makes no mention of the Wifi but if you go to the Support page, select STEP BY STEP and choose that phoen. Type in "Wireless" as your keyword and it gives you info on how to enable the WiFi (

So yes, ti has GPS and WIFI support.
