Solved my own question.
For some reason RTSP links were not set to be handled by Streaming Player.
For some reason ObigoSvc.exe was set instead of the proper player.
Used Regedit, HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, rtsp, Shell, Open, Command, Default, Changed String to "\Windows\StreamingPlayer.exe" %1
Works now.
