Re: New Version Sprint Navigation - Touch Pro

I have Sprint Navigation in my Start menu - that shortcut is still linked to the old version. When I go to Settings --> Menus to try to remove the old and add the new, when I try to uncheck the old version, I get a popup alert saying, "Cannot move that item."

So I tried removing one of my other shortcuts from the menu, then adding the new one, I get the same message, but I'm able to remove the other programs from the start menu just fine.

When I installed the later version, I also received an alert stating that the old version will be removed, obviously it was not. I don't care whether or not the old one stays on my phone, but I WOULD like it removed from my Start menu. Has anyone else experienced this... and found a fix?

FYI - I called Sprint about this and as usual, 5 transfers later, they were clueless.
open file explorer>windows>start menu>programs, then delete the sprint navigation file you do not want.
