No go.... My recomendation? Avoid the hassle and get he device added before you do anything. It is an uphill battle. I've been without my touchPro for ~3weeks and im having separation anxiety haha.
I am now looking into other more nefarious methods to get my touch pro working again.

Ok wow 3 weeks..I tryin to get mine going in a few days so i've been calling like a mad man. Seems I gotta be in for the long haul. Anyway, what about the option of an esn changer (I was doing a little reading) where the esn/meid could be changed to a new one that would resemble an esn that htc would give a verizon touch pro or something? (because I heard they are manufacturer specific) That way it they might be more willing?
