Tell you why I love the idea of the ICR... is because the carriers leave it out (at least every carrier I know). They leave it out because they don't want to carry any liability for its perceived illicit use. Yeah... anytime I'm told I "should not" have something it makes me want it MORE! I have been asked this several times. I used to cook it in before I released the rom publicly and found that I never used it. I'm leaving it out to free up main storage space that seems to be smaller than it used to.
