Two things, which file/zip are you referring to? I can cab it up for you then it will overwrite your directory.
OR if its a manila file be sure you turn off touchflo3d in your start/settings/today first
OR you can try using total commander (free app) to rename the old file to a .bak extension then unzip the new file. (do not reset inbetween).
