I have the same headset and HAD the same problem...until it was fixed about a week ago
here . It works with Coreplayer, Pocketplayer and Mortplayer just fine. Pocketmusic also works to a point, but the controls will only function while the player is active i.e. the player will still play in the background but you can't pause. Enjoy!
