ok, go here,
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=46526 down load the program. install it and then click on the updater thats in your start menu for it. let it update then run it. turn your phone off and let it charge for a little while just in case. then build the programs in that you want. while that is building, turn the phone on and conect to the phone to your PC(it should be in bootloader). now just follow the on screen prompts and you should be GTG. remember to choose altell as your provider at the top of the kitchen.
