Try flashing back to stock rom then flash back to this. Then do a hard reset. Also if you have a certain type of case on it could affect the buttons. Ive heard of people using silicone cases, and since the d-pad and send and end keys are capacitive [require your fingers touching it to work] it wont work since the case is between your fingers and the buttons
