It supports USB 2.0 but through the proprietary connector. There is no mini usb, only the connector. Out of the box it comes with the usb connector, wall charger, headphones which must be connected to another funky adaptor, etc. Overall the phone is incredible however, especially with the ROM's here.

Edit: and although you can charge via the usb connector, it's slow and only can charge through activesync, not by a usb charger, like an ipod can.
