I think if you call sprint and let them know the problem, they should be willing to replace the phone due to defective hardware....Its not like you intentionally disabled the phone or anything, and they will be able to see that is merely defective and the service center should just replace it for you. Take it in to your nearest service store and show them whats happening and they will be more than willing to help you...if they don't, just threaten to cancel your contract and go to a carrier with better customer service/relations and they will fold guaranteed...Ive had to do this a few times. Hope that helps bro
