For VZW phones, 10MB PP has been working best for me, though I've operated at 8MB and not seen too much perf difference.
For Sprint/ATT phones, Dynamic is best or minimum 32MB, whatever seems to work best w/particular mix of apps on your phone.

Basically all correct but you can have a dynamic pagepool over 0 but it has done in hex there was a thread about it in the diamond and the TP forum but the string is changed since most xips are patched to work with PP changer. it would be possible to edit in hex still to have a dynamic PP but you would have to find the string and adjust accordingly.
