I am getting stuck on customization gets to sashimiar then and error pops up

which i don't have sashimiar but my screen just freezes there
i pulled out the battery and did another clear storage to try again but but same results.
i cleared storage
put stock bell on
cleared storage and formatted internal card
put on power rom 2.5.5
gets to customization and shows and error and freezes
pulled battery and then cleared storage again
same error and freezes
i can pull the battery and restart phone but everything seems to lag when scrolling (thats why i tried the clear storage again)
