Are you sure you are talking about this thread?
I reread the thread "again" and didn't see any posts that really fit that description ("repeated reprimanding to search first"). This thread seems quite tame to other threads which received no warning.
I'm sure as a Mod you have to read hundreds of threads so perhaps you got it mixed up with another one.
