How do I get the WM slide to answer / ignore like in the screenshot of this rom

When I disable the htc s2a, all i get is a bubble popup when getting a call.
Also, has anyone else had the problem with the phone not ringing on the 6.5 kitchen? After a while without resetting, my phone just shows i'm getting a call without ringing.
