Let me know, and I'll try to help you out since your not getting much response on this one. But I recommend doing a Hard Reset before you ever even come back and tell me anything further.
In case you dont' know here is how to do a really simple hard reset. Turn your device completely off using the power button on top of the device (hold it in until you get the pop up menu, and choose yes). After the device is off, do this, in this order, exactly like I say:
You have to press these buttons and hold them, at the exact same time, in this order:
Press the OK/ENTER Key and hold it. DO NOT lET GO
Press Volume Up, and Hold it. DO NOT LET GO.
Press Power Button, and hold it, DO NOT LET GO.
Hold those keys in until your screen comes on. It will tell you to press volume up to restore or any other key to cancell. PRESS VOLUME UP. Then after it gets done, press volume up again, and let it reset.
This should fix any problems your having. If not, then come back and I'll help further. If you don't I'll take it that it worked.
WARNING:
When you do the hard reset, it will erase all the data on your device. Contacts, games, files, etc. It will take it back to factory settings

You can also go start > settings > system > clear storage, leave it on "clear storage only", type in your 1234 and click yes. This will hard reset your phone. Personally, I'm wondering if this was after a rom flash or anything. Even if it isn't I would suggest you just try reflashing with a stock rom first to make sure your speakers are working for sure. This should rule out any corrupt software/driver problems.
