I have a question to the carrier employees:
How did you go about getting hired?

Here's what I've done so far:
I walked into a Sprint store. They told me to apply online.
I found and set up the hiring related info. Got emails with job openings.
Applied, did every step. Looked good. But nothing ever came of it. Ever.

I looked online with the other major carriers after not being successful to land a job with sprint. They don't even show my city in their job search criteria (Lawton, OK).

Is there a better way for me to go about it? I'm interested in either a sales or cs position, tier1 tech maybe.
