Just as lwrdrch..stated, if you have the "exe" version it needs to run on the pc and it will install via activesync.

Now some "exe" will install on the TP without a pc...it is a hit and miss...if you get an error on the TP, then most likely it is a PC "exe" program to be installed via activesync.
