i noticed that the kitchen files are up but what about the rom files for v1.8 6.5?

if I download the kitchen files do i just press '1' build a rom and it creates a rom on my hard drive that I can then flash??

I've never messed with kitchen's before is that it? or is there more to it?? probably but what exactly is more to it lol?!? million dollar question...
