I had this issue as well. Had to uninstall it, soft reset and install the new cab again. The go into system tools CHome editor and move the weather tab to where you would like it to show on the Today/Home page and save. That did fix it for me. Still might have a couple odd errors here and there till Ibmxx187 cooks it into the new Rom.
