This is because the HTC one was intentionally removed. This had to be done to get access to all the new features of the WM lockscreen and slide2answer.

While the HTC volume control is nicer, the changes I have made are to allow us to be able to choose to use the WM dialer and lockscreen as well as the HTC dialer, so it is unlikely that I will change this.
