Guys I made a mistake...
I meant to unlock my new phone, but ran the relocker instead
I had the damn thing in the same folder =/. Am I screwed on unlocking my phone now that I 'relocked' it?
EDIT: booted back into the ROM, and for some reason it was back to .25.. and was able to run the correct tool. so NEVERMIND! i r dumb
