I tried the latest CABs for Beejive IM and Nimbuzz. Beejive IM installs but gives some kind of long weird error when I try to launch, and the Nimbuzz installer just hangs indefinitely.
I really like OctroTalk. It runs over Jabber, but works well with MSN also.
