are you going to sprint store? do you have insurance?
today i went to the location where sprint cust service told me to go to get phone repaired because my call button doesnt work and keyboard is funky like everyone knows. and the guy told me the dont fix it there they need to send it to manufacturer and it will cost 100.... said blah blah blah more abt i can upgrade but i need to pay etc. how are you going about getting a refurb i would like one.
