UPDATE!!!
I have determined the cause of the issue. All of the links seem to work fine right wne phoen boots up. After SPB Mobile SHell 3.0 starts, the links do not work. If I exit SPB Shell they work as normal.

Anyone else have this issue with 6.5 and SPB Mobile Shell?
