yeah, I'm not saying it IS the answer, I'm just saying I've read and I've had to do this same thing before I could get the 'connect' to show.. after that its good, you only have to do it once like if you've never connected via active sync before (hard reset or new phone etc). Whichever the case, its one less thing to rule out/try to fix the situation.
