I have now gotten 7 phones all refurbs. I have gotten scratched, broken, ones that won't activate, etc. Sprint overnights me a phone every time it is crap. Twice I got a charger for some other phone. Then twice now the retentions department was supposed to call back to resolve this higher up after I requested them to shut off my account if they can't get me a working phone. I call back in and they tell me they see that and am sorry. Just to send me crap again. This after claiming to make sure I don't get a refurb dud anymore. So today after the last one said they don't ever give new phones I said well let me go to Verizon and port my numbers and I hang up.
Then out of the blue this guy calls, from a sprint a cell phone number from sprint. He said he was just checking in to see how the exchanges on my account went. He wasn't just a survey guy, it was weird. He says ok let me call you back, and does. Tells me he spoke to other high ups and they said ship me a new in box phone. He said it's getting shipped an he'll call to make sure I get it. Very odd, and why does he call from a cellular number? But hey he got it done, and fast. Now I hope I get one so I can stay with Sprint.
