well I just got off a rather lengthy call with Sprint. Total was 1hr30min, 45 of which was waiting for the rep to get on the phone.
She credited me the 50 dollars to file a claim with asurion, set my eligibity to 150 (which I wouldn't have gotten for another 13 months otherwise), and I ordered a replacement through Asurion. If I get another bad one, I'll just call Asurion, try to do a swap for the Mogul or I'll buy a RAZR2 with the 150 off.
I'm just sick of having so many damn problems with my phone! ARGH!
