I never use landscape either (except when I switch to SPB on rare occasions)

I am still wondering what method everyone else is using for typing. I use portrait 99.9% of the time & use both thumbs on either the Merdin compact qwerty or the TouchPal compact qwerty. The TP T+ option (their version of T-9) is amazingly accurate & also allows you to assign a rating to a particular word if you use it a lot so it will pick it first.

How do you guys type using the full qwerty setup in portrait?? Do you use a stylus, do you type with both thumbs etc etc etc???

My son, (who can IM faster than anyone I know) uses a phone keypad & T-9.
