After the cab files are saved to your computer you have to click on them to install them. They will ask to install to the device or your storage card, typically speaking anything requiring any type of higher performance (i.e. m2d) should be installed directly on the device. Thanks guys/gals. What had me confused is winrar on my pc was treating the .cab like a zip file. Made me think i had to extract it to a folder or something to that effect.
