Re: [ ROM ] [ KITCHEN ] JUICY 7 - Build 090530 (21725.5.0.2) [UC]

Ok, I finally got weathermanager2.2 to work....but its a chore and almost easier going back to an earlier build...but if you're still interested, read on. Don't bother trying this if your weather tab already crashes. From my experience, the only cure is a re-flash or restore from a backup.
Basically, you will go back to Manila2 and so, as posted earlier today;
"1. Disable TF3D 2. Install 'Manila2 Older Version_compressed.cab 3. Install '4-HTC-Contact-Card.cab (allowing you to dial from 'all people' contacts) 4. Soft reset"

Doing the above will break the "all programs" tab. If you can live without it...great, if not, now install 'Showaco All_Programsv4.1_3ICON.cab' (sorry, you'll have to search for it earlier in this thread).

Soft reset and restart TF3D to confirm that so far, your work is good.

download and install weathermanager2.2 (get it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...weathermanager)
I believe you have to reboot after the install.

Turn off TF3D again and run weathermanager. Add your cities of choice, pressing 'add' & 'set' for each one. Check in the 'Current' tab for a good weather code for each of your additions otherwise they won't work. Once done, close weathermanager and the phone will reset automatically. Go back and close TF3D again. Using the file explorer, go to 'Application Data\HTC\databases' and delete forecast_cache.

Close out explorer, restart TF3D and you should be good to go!

NOTE:- 1.-This may not be the most direct way to do this....but it worked for me.
2.-I've taken several references and links from other peoples work here and
I just want to be sure all are aware that in no way am I the creator of the
files mentioned nor (in most cases) the instructions to do this....I just
compiled them and tested.
3:-BIG BIG THANKS TO JUICY FOR HIS GREAT WORK!!
