Quick update. I think I might have found a specific cause for the hissing. When I end a call with the end key, there is a small hiss. On some occasions, the hiss ends and that's all there is to it. On other occasions, I will end the call and there is the endless hiss. If I just let the phone hang up, or hit end call on the screen, there is no hiss. I hope this might help. Thanks again.
