I don't know if you have it cooked into your kitchen but if so it is really impossible to uninstall correctly. You can disable it complety by simply starting the ilock program located in your Programs-S2U2 folder. There should be a dialog box that come up saying Ilock and S2U2 are shutting down. It is now closed and not consuming and memory. However, if you want to disable S2U2 and ilock at the start you need to delete the ilock shortcut in hte Windows - Startup folder. I hope I explained everything, get at the communty if you need any more help.
