TouchFLO is htc's rendering of touch scrolling features. In which 6.5 has implemented anyways.
If touchflo is removed, tf3d is not affected in anyway. It has nothing to do with it 
What you CAN try doing is ending biotouch.exe in dot fred's task manager, to see if it works. |
