yea it just depends on when you place your claim. i did mine on line and got a touch diamond. before you confirm they tell you what type of device they will replace with if it was 6900 then dont confirm it. if you see 6950 then you know its a diamond. now my friend he called the asurion number and they said they were gonna send a diamond but then hecomplained about not having a micro sd card and that it was really important for him to have that for his job for bussiness meeting presentations and they offered him the touch pro.
