for what it's worth, i went through a few of the roms i have procured since
i got my q and these also have newer bootloaders


TATA_Q2_C_01.0A.00I_01.0E.00R_MONSTER_01.sbf ====3.10

GENERIC_Q2_C_01.04.01I_UPGRADE_FILE_01 ====3.09

USC_Q2_C_01.07.00I_01.01.00R_MONSTER_02.sbf ====3.09


i also have an upgrade that seems to be just the bootloader with 3.05 also

BOOT_C_03.05.00R_MPAP_IPL_mbm_Motorola_logo.sbf



I have flashed several verizon roms on my q, and i don't think any of them updated the bootloader.
