Thanks I found a problem although I'm not sure if that was causing the EVDO issue or if it will fix it. There are two null strings following #777 compounded by the fact PHMRegedit wipes multiple data strings clean on edit. Your default Mogul string looks like this:

"SuspendResume"=multi_sz:"#777","",""

Once edited with PHM it looked like this:

"SuspendResume"=multi_sz:"#777 - Timeout after Cachetime"

When it should of been:

"SuspendResume"=multi_sz:"#777 - Timeout after Cachetime","",""

Give Mobile Registry Editor a try. It handles and keeps multiple data strings intact and allows you to edit the registry on your desktop through ActiveSync.

Thanks to HTC I had almost given up on Windows Mobile. The Samsung Omnia i910 changed my mind.
