Hey,
Sometimes, I will be using the same setup, and I notice that EVDO drops to 1x.
I check taskmanager, and sure enough that "ActiveStync", is running.
I have tried that workaround (create a dummy Server Source), No Luck.
I don't even use Exchange Server.
Don't know if this helps, but it might be related?
