I have no warranty or protection plan on phone - still exchange it?
I see a lot of people getting new or refurbished phones for free all the time. I'm having a few problems with my phone. I did drop it once and it has some nicks but that's the least of my concern.
I got that oil smudge. It freezes up. It stops charging. It shuts off on me.
I've had the phone since November. Too late to do anything about it?
