Uninstalled the 6v3.3(lite) I was running, reset, saw the standard taskbar and wait cursor. I installed the newest one you posted in #1335, but it still shows the WM6.5 wait cursor not the standard WM6.1 one.
Fixed I guess you have a diamond that has the shellres.192.dll.0409.mui
