Thank you for the software, i probe, but whenever I insert the headset, on having removed it of the telephone, it remains without sound. Apparently it is something physical in the telephone, but in Verizon already they did not give to me support, so the model this out stock. I'll try to repair it physically, so already get the manuals of break-down of the equipment and I tell you of what it should find.
