My uploads speed has improved and downloads decreased. Upload is actually faster than downloads now "consistently".

As for my TP it's almost useless here at my home. So this tells me that it is definently "NOT" a problem with your phone.
I'm hoping that the alltel/verizon merger will be over soon (mid summer perhaps?) and we can have a reliable service again.

Q: Which were you receiveing? D0 or rA before the "upgrade"?
Q: Did your MIN also change with the update?
Q: Did your Home sid change?
Q: Can you tell If you are pulling off the same tower or a different tower as before the update?

3rd: my sid is 42, which i was told from alltel tech that is what im supposed to have
4th: i was told by alltel tech that im some how getting a signal from a sprint tower
