yep, funny, nice catch. that would have been no good telling them Mighty

when you get back on the shipped rom and call back, make sure they check your data settings particularly ask them to check and make sure your device is rev a enabled. Its on the device for sure, with sprint you can get it using ##786#, enter unlock code, data parameters but Alltel is different. they should know how to guide you into settings to determine this.
