Diamond doesn't connect to PC
HELP!
for some reason, my diamond doesn't recognize that it is connected to my computer. meaning active sync doesn't show up, though it is installed on both my computer and phone.
it used to connect fine before, just plug and go, but now my phone just charges.
i've tried using other pcs,and same thing
any ideas?
