Make sure you selected the correct download (there's one for Sprint and one for Verizon).

The zip file contains a .cab file. This .cab file is the only file you move over to your ppc via ActiveSync. DO NOT open the .cab file on your pc and move the files individually. Just move the .cab to your phone. On your phone all you have to do is tap on the .cab file and it will install everything that you need. Give your phone a soft reset just for good measure and you should be good to go.

After installation you can delete the .cab file from your phone.
