And yes flashing a different radio could make a huge difference in how hot your phone gets. I personally found the Telus 1.04 radio to work pretty good for me. I was originally on Sprint 1.00.
I still don't think that you can charge your phone faster than you can discharge it though while on an active call. I've never seen this on any other phone before, but thems the breaks I suppose..
